I actually still mostly like this page, a year later. Amazing!
Transcript:
Panel 1, Dr. Schtein is in front of a mirror at a sink adjusting his tie after getting dressed. He's speaking privately with the director now, who asks him: Are you okay, Herville?
Dr. Schtein: Well, I didn't enjoy the hours of poking and prodding... But the doctors assure me I'll be fine.
Panel 2, the director holds out a box: You know that's not what I meant. I've brought you something.
Panel 3, inside the box is a pair of gloves, Schtein replies: Oh, dear god, thank you. I was getting tired of washing my hands every ten minutes.
Panel 4, Schtein faces away from the viewer while he pulls on his gloves: So, fill me in on my new assistant.
The director: Well, due to short notice the best we could do was a recent graduate. A miss Delia Osgood.
Oh man, Schtein totally looks like Dracula in the first panel!
