Hello, first page of a comic! Please forgive the early art I’ve been drawing this since 2009, if you’ll flip to the latest page you’ll see there’s quite the difference.
Transcript:
Panel One: Someone is speaking but cannot be understood at first, eventually the words form: Schtein? ... No, look, he's waking up!
Panel Two, a bandaged man lays in bed looking worse for wear. Someone off screen asks: How can you even tell?
Panel Three, the bandaged man wakes up. He cannot see: Wha'... Director?
The director holds his hands out to keep the bed ridden man from sitting up: No, boy, stay down.
Panel Four, the director is finally shown. He's an older man, stout of build with a mustache in a suit and tie: The doctor will be here in just a moment, and... Well, there's a few things we should discuss.
Panel Five, a third man is the focus here, a smarmy looking guy with a square jaw: Like the explosion!
Off screen the director chides him: Langstrom, please.
Panel Six, The bandaged man raises a hand to his face: Why are my eyes bandaged?
