i am like 99% sure I’ve passed by that building across the street when I lived in DC but i cannot remember which neighborhood for the life of me.

He is THE WORST.
For whatever reason I am tickled to see Delia is using a fork while Schtein is wielding the chopsticks. Also forever love how Schtein has this compulsory need to Leroy Jenkins himself into a cringefest every time he sees Delia. His awfulness sustains me.
